Property available in WA state

Came across this the other day. This area of the state is really nice. It's on the lake and even comes with its own campground!

Check out the pictures under the menus in the side bar.

Could never afford it, but it's nice to dream....

property is still fairly cheap up in the north eastern part of the state. You can get 20 acres with trees for 20 to 40 grand. My friend bought 20 acres by molson, WA for 25,000 and another 20 for 17,000. Lots of trees, absurd amounts of deer and elk and an occasional moose. Its about 4 miles from the canadian border.

Riffe Lake is just a couple miles from where I live......and I paid less than $70,000 for an older double wide on 5 acres! I knew I got a good deal.....maybe in a few years it, too, will be worth more than a million (it does need some work).
