Bad neighbor update

I have had several pm's so here goes. Please no bashing or slamming.
The title company is willing to remove the leach field from my property And reimburse me for the survey I had done, and my legal fees

Sounds like a good start. Has there been any agreement on the trees they destroyed? Thanks for the update.

I thought there was no place on their property that they could move the leach field to. Oh, I know, I know, they will fill big tanks with the stuff and have it taken away

Well, I'd rather have land than cash, so I'd be happy with this... which I assume saves their butts as well. If the insurance is paying to have it removed from your property it stands to reason it will also pay to have it installed on theirs. And perhaps some of their legal costs as well.

What about the trees?
