So...what exactly is a Siren? I don't think I've ever seen one before.

I would like to see one of the 2' ones discussed earlier.

A mess of these little ones coated with egg and cracker crumbs and deep fried may be tasty.

Wow! It's a pretty green color. For some reason I was envisioning an ugly mud-brown thing. I wouldn't mind having some of those guys around. Thanks for posting the pics!

Thanks Beltane! I guess my degree in photography wasn't a waste of money after all!

A siren is similar to a salamander. They only have two legs though and gills for living under water.

SilverbackMP...if I ever catch a 2' one I'll be happy to take a photo of it to post...if you'll come get it out of the minnow basket for me!!!
