We paid $2.65 at Gas America yesterday. Hope your DH is a better patient than mine. I almost have to tie mine down when he's recuperating.

gas prices are crazy around here (Springfield) going 2 blocks in any direction and you may find as much as a .30/gallon difference.. Makes my blood boil having to pay these prices anyway..

you can do a quick search on gas prices here...

http://www.gasbuddy.com/

You can go straight to a states page by using address like this...

http://www.missourigasprices.com/

or

http://www.oklahomagasprices.com/

or regional pages like

http://www.oklahomacitygasprices.com/

Handy lil tool for those that want to keep from driving around to find the lowest price and end up spending $5 to save $2

Does gas in your state use 10% ethanol? They do here in minnesota and its still more expensive right now the price here is 2.81...down from it just being 3.09.......personally I think the real problem is greed
politicans here used to brag that we would have cheaper fuel prices due to the use of ethanol....that hasent been the case. and the price of E85 is only about .30 less per gallon than unleaded....which isn't a savings if you consider getting poorer milage when using E85

I thought I heard awhile back that Hawaii was putting some type of law in the books to have a cap on how much gas can cost..... I take it that law didn't work???

it is all greed.

They use 85% here as well but its the same price as the other stuff.. In fact at a few stations around town premium is the same price as standard unleaded.

We are paying $3.07 here in our part of Idaho.

What ticks me off is that we paid $2.95 at one mom and pop place on our trip to California (in Auburn).

How can that guy charge such a low price in "expensive" California and the places in our area where people are lucky to make $7.50 an hour have to pay 12 cents more.

The most expensive we saw on the trip was $3.39

I saw 2.58 in Springfield, MO today - fill up now! I expect it'll go up again with the hurricane approaching, etc.

In Cape Girardeau it was $2.39. They're hogging all the rain too!
