How many of you get Farm and Dairy, the weekly paper?

I am constantly impressed with "Farm and Dairy" and their coverage on all things rural.

If you are in the midwest area, there is no better paper to find auctions in than Farm and Dairy.

Check them out on the web at www.farmanddairy.com.

Don't expect to be too impressed with the website as the strength and effort is put toward the newspaper, although the website is decent too.

I used to get it when I lived in Ohio, My brother keeps the back copies for me, I now just read it on line. Its A very nice publication. If I could get it here in Texas it would be A week old when it gets here.. They really cover the Fairs

I buy it about once a month only, because there is soooo much information to cover.Mostly I want to keep up on the auctions and prices paid for livestock.
A must have to keep current on the farm and rural scene!

Thanks for the information. I had never heard of this publication. I went ahead and ordered a subscription for my husband. If you're interested in dariying, the "Hoard's Dairyman" is also a good read.

I've never heard of that one buy we get the Lancaster Farmer. It's a huge paper that comes out once a week and covers everything in the livestock business mostly for Pa, but it also has Maryland and Virginia which is good for us. I think it's around $32.00 a year and there's 50 issues.

That paper looks good.

Anyone know if there is a similar publication for Illinois or Northern Illinois?

Farm and Dairy is great! I pick it up at our small town grocery store once in a while.

We used to subscribe to it but the passed couple of years we just pick it once in awhile. Great way to keep up with auctions!
