It Pays To Set By The Phone

Setting here another Backhoe Guy called about putting a Holding Tank on property at the Lake.Said he would be $500-$600 cheaper than this other Guy said and it would be right and Legal.

If you know someone with a hoe, they'd probably do the digging part for a couple hundred...

I couldn't do that to a friend.There is just way too much rock there.I'm thinking getting someone local that knows what they are dealing with.I feel this Guy has given me a fair price.

So is the property not suitable for a septic system? How big of a holidng tank are you considering and how much will it cost to have someone pump it out when it's full?

No its not big enough for Septic System.Its going to cost $40 to have it pumped.

ahhh, Rock! Well, that's a whole nuther can of worms...

I'd imagine one of those hydraulic jackhammer rigs on the front of a hoe bucket, or a lot of drilling and dynamite or blasting gel...

Forgot that everyone doesn't live on top of topsoil and clay... guess living with rocks can be a blessing and a curse...
