Good Homeowners Insurance Companies that cover Florida?
My contract expires soon and they are not offering florida anymore. I am doing websearches but am getting more spam websites than anything else.

Can anyone recommend a good insurance company that is still in florida and is still insuring homes?

I work in the mortgage loan industry and this company has been used by some of my borrowers. They seem to be easy to work with also.

Mine is Tower Hill. They haven't canceled yet! Bought thru an Independant Agency.

I was "not renewable with allstate floridian" and they sent me to "Universal Insurance " they are from Sunrise, Fl. But it cost me $250 more a year. Hopefully your home is a site built and not manufactured. Tower Hill is good but your roof has to be less than 15 years old.
