Buffer River shindig question

I go to Harrison and at the 4 way with a gas station on the left, I turn right, RIGHT??

If you're talking about Highway 65 heading south through Harrison, you just follow the signs which direct you through town. Coming from the north, you'll pass through 4 traffic lights(you'll go straight through all 4 of them), then you come to the 5th light which will have signs directing you to follow Highway 65 to the left. You can get in either of the 2 left lanes to go left there, but there isn't a gas station at that intersection. I think there used to be one there a long time ago, but now there's a Walgreen's and a Taco Bell there on the left.
Then you just follow Highway 65 for another 35 miles or so to Tyler Bend. When you cross the Buffalo River on a bridge, as you follow the road up the hill from the river, the entrance to Tyler Bend is just before you get to the top of the ridge. It kind of sneaks up on you on the right. There are signs, but the entrance is still a bit hard to see. Turn right into Tyler Bend and follow the signs to the Group Camping area. The road winds around a bit before it opens up in the river valley.

I just remember I came E on this hwy till I got to a 3 way crossing. There was a gas station on the left hand side, cause I got gas there, not knowing how far Id be goin on the hwy in front of me south. I just wasnt sure of the towns name

Not sure which way you are coming.....only three way intersection I can think of is to the West of Harrison at Bear Creek Springs -- and yes you turn right at that intersections. That's where highway 62 runs into high 65 - it remains with 65 until the intersection (4 lights into town) that FourDeuce mentioned - on your left with be WalGreens and then Taco Bell - turn left at that one (the four lane road not CottonWood Drive) and you're now on 65 south that runs past Tyler Bend.

People have gotten a little concerned when they cross the Buffalo River Bridge between St. Joe and the Park entrance ... but don't worry - the park entrance is a few miles down the road. When you see "SiverHill Grocery and Canoe Rental" - the entrance is right across the road.
