Keeping nightcrawlers to sell

I just got a used refrigerator to keep nightcrawlers in, and was wondering what is the best type of bedding for keeping them. In doing an internet search I have a couple of ideas to go with, but would like to know what people have had success with. I'm referring to the typical "Canadian Crawler" sold for fishing bait.
Each spring and summer I usually pick all the crawlers I need for the season for personal use, but could easily get a couple thousand in a couple nights when conditions are right - if I knew how to keep them over the course of a few months. As far as selling, it's more a hobby for my daughter to try than anything else.

I always used Buss Bedding when I sold them as a kid. You might go to a bait shop or WalMart sporting good department and see/ask what they keep them in.

This is correct and the most cost effective method.
