Talking Browse/feed that will grow every year???

What kind of deer/wildlife food, browse etc. can I plant that will come back on its own each year and not have to be replanted?

Oak trees for acorns....fir and cedar for winter browse here in Maine....they love 2 year old wood choppings where new tender stuff has started to recover....

We have oaks and cedar. I am wanting to plant on land we cleared but would like for whatever I plant to be permanent feed. I was thinking sunflowers, chuffa and clover but need some others. Thanks, ET
