from Norton about an Active X control when I open this site?
Never happened before - started yesterday.

i had some screwy issues yesterday as well. i think there were big things afoot on the www. my isp said they had hardware issues when i called about slow net speed. i also had browser issues with many sites. this one seemed to pop right up every time though.

................The computer store , where I had this computer built 2 years previous included a free 90 day full featured Norton on it . By the second day i was so fed up with all the warnings , pictures wouldn't load , etc. that I UNinstalled IT . And , downloaded Zone Labs for 19.95 . Best thing you can do is toss Norton into the dumper as IT is more trouble than it's worth . PITB , in my opinion . fordy...
