Frozen Gas Line On Dodge Truck

Any Ideas Beside Wait For A Warm Up,i Put A Couple Cans Of Heet In It But Nothing

Disconnect the fuel line from the carb or throttle body and put the end in a can. Turn the key. If gas is in the can, get out the hair dryer and warm the carb. Then after it starts throw the dry gas to the fuel tank and at every fill up.
My old Dodge van used to do that a lot.
