Price of oil affecting price of propane?

Have you checked on the price of propane lately? I'm just curious if the plummeting price of oil has caused propane prices to go down too. I haven't checked in our area.

Not really a bargain here, at $1.65.

$1.65 is 20 cents less than I paid in late fall for our fill. Like you say, not a bargain, but it's down.

I don't remember for sure but I think this was the same price as our summer fill. So, no the price didn't come down, but I guess it didn't go up either. That's a good thing!

Propane is a byproduct of natural gas drilling, so it stands to reason that there is an abundance of it right now. Enjoy!

What? I paid around $2.40 here in KY in July during the bargain time of year. $1.65 a gallon would be fine with me!

My supplier is in the $1.05-$1.20 range (depending on how many gallons you purchase) right now.
