No problems here in Oklahoma, and we've been having thunderstorms and tornadoes again, lol! Sorry you're having problems. Any time I do, I give it 30 minutes, try a reset and then call. If there's a problem, they'll have a recording telling you and an approximate recovery time. Otherwise, you can speak to a rep, and they'll check your specific area and connection. HTH
