Night Raid

I did my grocery shopping on Tuesday and left a five pound bag of potatoes on my porch. This morning I found them scattered and lage bites taken out of several of them. The giant coon must be visiting again!

We were at the grocery store the other day and there was a pickup in the parking lot. As we were getting out of our car the "tourists" finished loading all their groceries into the open bed of their pickup and started to walk over to the rest of the mall. My husband shouted after them and told them not to leave the groceries in the open. They shouted back - thanks but they will be fine. Well of course they weren't. By the time we had finished our shopping the Ravens had raided all the groceries - all that was left were the wrappings covered in bird poo. As we were leaving the tourists were walking back to their truck and had just gotten a view of their groceries.

Animals are going to do what they are going to do and they are no respectors of a grocery bag or bag of potatoes and certainly don't believe in private property ownership lol!
