God was protecting 2yr old DGS

We've all heard of those terrible tradgedies where a child is killed when backed over by a car in his own driveway.

Last evening his Mama hopped in her car to go get the babysitter while Daddy was in the house finding the kids some supper.

My DD didn't realize 2 year old Hudson had followed her out of the house.

She backed up and felt the THUMP..........she thought she had hit the dog.

It was Hudson.

The next several hours were spent in the hospital ER..........
X-rays, lab tests, even a head to toe CAT Scan.

He was diagnosed with a chipped pelvis, along with scrapes and abrasions.

PRAISE BE TO GOD!

He went home with them!

This Gramma is still crying tears of THANKSGIVING ~~~~

Oh my goodness! I am so glad that he will heal and be okay.

I have a friend that lost her 3 year old son in an accident exactly like that. It hurts my heart to even think back to that time period.

So glad to gear that your DGS is okay.

That is one of the worst kinds of accidents- I cannot imagine the guilt. Glad it was a good outcome for your family.

Oh, Tallpines, how scary! So glad he will be ok. This happened to a neighbor of ours years ago, and since then I made it personal policy to walk behind my vehicle EVERY time I get in to drive, even tho we have no small children here.

Oh my I can't even imagine the horror when she realized what had happened. Hudson had his own little miracle, didn't he? Glad it ended so well.
