Kefir?

Does anyone here make kefir? I have for years. When the cow dries up I put the grains in the freezer and then start them up again when she freshens. I'm healthy to begin with so I can't really tell any difference when I drink it but if you read about it, it is suppose to do some amazing things. So, any personal stories about it helping you or your loved ones in any way?
