Maybe this is the beginning of a new trend , we all knew it was not going to be painless , and it will affect most of us in some way or another so even though Obama is trying to scare the legislators into rescinding the cuts I'm hoping they stick with the law as passed . , fordy

i agree with most of what you say. where i disagree is obama isnt trying to scare he is down right lying. the cut is in the amout of growth only. absolutly no reason to furlough or lay off anyone. instead of hireing 10 new emplooyees this year you only hire 7.5. duh

As I understand it, its a 3% cut. Add another Zero (30% cut) and that would be agood start!

It is what families and private industry have had to do for several years. I am more afraid they will stop it than of the sequestration.
