cross post from quilting forum

I know not everyone goes there & maybe someone here ay have an idea to help me.

I finished an applique quilt & washed as usual. The orange of some of the flowers bled through.cross post from quilting forum - Countryside Families I have never had this happen before. Is there any way to fix it? I did not notice it until I went to fold it after it was dry. Anything I can add to the wash or something to use to try to get the color out where it bled through? I guess if I wash it enough it may fade out.

I'd make a paste of baking soda and vinegar and carefully put where the orange faded to bring it back to white. (this will take out colors, so if not white may not want to use).

Then I'd have washed or soaked it with a cup of vinegar or salt in the water to set the dyes on the orange.
