Homesteader's Exercise - a good read!

This is an article my sister wrote for a site called backacrehomestead. They had a contest and she won it with her article about all the ways we get exercise as homesteaders. It's very funny. I hope you like it.

Lol. Tell your sister she made me laugh. Livestock lunge. I didn't know what to call it. One year of gardening and goats and I am in better shape now than when I was 20.
