BRP, how on earth did you make it this far without slushies? They were the fifth food group when I was growing up. I thought the state made them mandatory for graduation.

Crownranch- My son made it to age ten before he ever had Jell-o. He was eleven before he had his first Twinkie. One of our relatives thought it was weird, but it just wasn't stuff I was used to buying is all.

Our daughter was 3 before she ever went to McDonald's.

BRP- I've never had an iced coffee. Cold coffee is repulsive. IMO

Live it up, big rockpile, we only go around once.

I've never had an iced coffee, I always like to try everything once.

Slushies rock The only bone I have to pick with them is when you get to the bottom and have to maneuver your straw every which a way to get the last bit.

Try a French soda. Ice in a tall glass, add either coffee flavoring type syrup or regular ol' chocolate syrup. Fill the glass 2/3 with club soda and stir well. Top off with half & half and add more flavoring if you want. For an italian soda, leave out the half & half.
