Exercise

As the picture portrays what exercise can you do to reduce a bay window?

A simple exercise is to suck it in. This was taught to me by a physiotherapist. Stand tall. To reach proper posture stand with your hands hanging down by your sides and your feet about a foot apart. Breath in as deeply as you can without straining. You will feel your body pull itself up. Hold that position and exhale. That is proper posture. Now breath in and suck your stomach and lower belly in and up. To suck up pretend you are trying to pull your private parts inside. Hold for 5 to 10 seconds (increase time gradually) and then exhale slowly. Repeat 5 to 10 times four times a day.

Also, if you decide to do exercises that work the abs, like sit ups, keep your tummy tucked in so the muscles develop into a tucked in tummy.

Push backs are effective. Simply push your chair back away from the table sooner than usual. That simple exercise combined with using a short handled hoe (about 10 inches) for weeding the garden can help tremendously.
