So I'm a little wonky about food

And people think I'm nuts.

But that's okay. I did all this for my girls because I just didn't feel okay with the SAD. And tonight a friend sent me an email with a link to a video in it that was being used to sway her sister to feed her kids better. And it's a doggone good use of 20 minutes of your time. And it's not blaming, finger pointing, hysteria.

If you need to explain to someone why you choose to grow your own food (if you do it for the sake of your family's health) please pass this on. I couldn't watch it without chills and tears.

I shared on facebook, if one person on my friends list is introduced to the idea of natural foods I'll be very pleased.
The effect of hormones and GMO may not be documented yet... but unnecessary antibiotics is what gets me. Anyone who knows anything about how bacteria interacts with antibiotics should be concerned about bacteria developing antibiotic immunity.

When I was a kid, I remember hearing in science class that "one day, we could have super bacterial infections that are immune"...
