Need a sausage recipe

I need a decent brown sugar and honey sausage recipe. So far everything I've tried has tasted fine but the texture was terrible. Too much honey or sugar I think.

So, anyone here make their own sausage?

We do, but cheat and use Hi Mountain mix. Their bacon cure is awesome too. I've used it with pork loin and get something similar to Canadian bacon.
