workman comp battle

Well, we, dh and I traveled to Anchorage to battle two major business. One his former employer one being the insurance giant that covers them. With the lack of W/C lawyers in this state and those in the field were not able due to conlict of intrest I had to deal with this. May 11(give or take) will be when to expect the ruling. I do not know how it will swing. could not see the panels faces to get a clue as to how the felt. It is a large case. If they rule in dh's side then the taxpayers get the money. It did feel good that the other side volunteered that we have been steadfast that only medical expense are being requested. Preys are asked as it now is in Gods hands --it would be a true blessing just to have an end to this chapter of 13 years over.

Hope all comes out in your favor. It's a hard fight. I can't say I would have lasted 13 years!
