Birds in barn

My storage barn seems to have been adopted as home by sparrows. They leave their calling cards on my equipment, tractor backhoe, bulldozer, etc. How do I get rid of them ? Have tried false owls and snakes to no avail. I do not want to use poison. Any suggestions would be welcome. This is a four sided building.

Have you considered adding a barn cat? I know the neighborhood cat that frequents our front porch is an excellent bird catcher.

I have nine cats that roam the dairy barn and storage barn but it sure doesn't seem to bother the birds. I know the cats get some of them as they leave them for me as gifts, but there is way to many birds for the cats.

Invest in a BB gun, or buy some "Rat shot" for your 22 rifle.

You can also buy "Sparrow traps" but they aren't cheap
