Baby boy clothes for small babies

Not for me! Thank heavens been there done with those days. My sister is expecting her first on March 6th. But it appears they will have to take him early due to health issues. They are looking for a cute outfit to bring him home from the hospital in but can't find anything local.

Baby weight right now is 3lbs 6 ounces so it would need to be VERY small. Um how do I put this nicely - they are not worried about the price of the outfit and want something to add to his hope chest to give him when he is an adult. So high quality is a must have for them and they want something traditional.

Do you have any store suggestions or online places I could send her?

I'd be thrilled to send them a preemie diaper cover (free of charge of course) if interested? All I ask in return is a photo of the little guy in it! We LOVE photos! Carter's makes preemie clothes. That's where i got the outfits for my older set of twins when they came home.
