Adding all the web address junk clutters up the card. If someone types in "business.com" to an address bar or a search window, they should find your site very easily, more easily than counting slashes, figuring out what direction they're slanting and dealing with underscores and the like.
A comedian once said that if you have to tell a story to explain what your job is, then your job sucks. If your business card is 3.75"x2.25" of solid text, then your business card sucks. Keep it simple, keep it clean, keep the housecleaning stuff off of the card (unless you clean houses). Business name, a slogan/description and contact information. A picture if it'll help, and that's it. Anything more and you should have printed pamphlets, not business cards.
Which one of these do you want to be faced with when you get back from the farmers market and want to find out how to get more of that awesome cheese?

Which one do you want to inflict on your customers?
