Well I feel totally stupid.....

Ds has camp this week. Its a church camp and every year that he has been he has gone either M-W or W-F. So this morning we were up early. Took him and got him a biscuit for brekfast as a special treat. Pull up to the church and no one is there except the secretary. Bus is still parked at the parsonage...hmmmm.. Walk in and talk with secretary a few minutes and she looks at calendar....they have the bus reserved Tuesday-Thursday this year. She pulls out paperwork for camp and sure enough the dates are different. I wrote it down wrong on my calendar......even knowing the dates I was so used to it being M-W I wrote it down wrong. Ds thought it was M-W too. So here we sit.....

Think of it as a "trial run". It happens to all of us. I sent my daughters to an orthodontal appt in another town on the wrong day. Needless to say that they werent very happy with me!!!!

trial run....that works for me. Sadly though my 12yo (going on 16 ) dd is NOT thrilled that her little brother is still here. I am just praying today that boys are not as moody as girls as teens. Cause if the are I may just commit myself. I'm earning more gray hair every minute so far this morning..........

Took a covered dish for a dinner at church a few weeks ago,imagine my suprise when I found no one was there.They had canceled it & no one called me,another lady brought one also.I just delivered mine to a family near by that had lost a loved one.
