Another true confession LOL

I think I am in love with Mike Holmes of the "Holmes Inspection" program on HGTV. Now that guy would be fun to build a house with!

Mike Holmes reminds me so much of Cale. He is the exact same way when he looks at anyone else's construction work! It isn't really all that fun to build with him, well maybe sometimes it is. It is usually just hard. lol

I'm not infatuated with him, but I would LOVE to have Mike Holmes come inspect (and fix) our house!

I really like Mike too - and he is awfully easy on the eyes. That being said, he is sooooo much like my husband - do it right the first time (and by that I mean PERFECT!). Trust me they are NOT fun to build anything with. My husband built my chicken coop (I think it's sturdier than the house). He has also built roosts, etc. We got into so many arguments I finally got to where I just let him do it the way he wants and then have my son help me fix it later so it will actually function the way I need it to. My son makes things sturdy like Hubby but is willing to use whatever is lying around here and follows instructions so it works for ME.

I love to WATCH Mike Holmes, and DH and I laugh at what he would say if he came to inspect our place. Uh oh! Just from watching his show, I learned of a big boo boo that we will have to fix if we want to ever sell this place. Unfortunately, we did it, not a contractor. Opps
