Ouch! I hurt!
I was shelving books and started to get on a wooden chair so I could reach the top shelf. Lost my balance and fell on my arm. Even w/ibuprofen, I hurt. Wish I could go home and sleep.

Oh well, this too shall pass.

Hope you feel better soon, and I'm glad nothing is broken. I haven't noticed you online a lot lately and was wondering where you are. Maybe I've just missed your posts when I logged on.

I'm sorry you fell and got hurt! You are going to want to put some ice on it.

Ouch! Hope you feel better soon. Try an ice pak, it will reduce swelling and ease the pain.

Nickie, I borrowed a step stool from the janitors and will use it from now on.
Mom of four, because of Parkinson's, my right arm is weaker than the left and I type more slowly. So I'm posting less, but am still here!
