DSW only makes Pfefferneuse and Springerle at Yule time. They are traditional German Christmas cookies.
She has a couple of rolling pins cut & carved with traditional Christmas designs. It's all pretty neat. She makes some other good cookies too. But, those two are just special. And, kinda time cnsuming. I love 'em.
