Its back!
finally I feel like doing stuff! I've been busy putting up applesauce...20 quarts so far and apple jelly too, also did some in the dehydrator. Got a batch of apple butter in the crockpot too. There's even a small fall garden! Now if it will just do good so I don't get so discouraged with it. I had forgotten how much I love canning! The apples are about gone, only 1/2 bushel left so I need to find something else to put up! This feels so good!
