OT: prayer request (cross posted)

I couldn't post to the general forum, so I hope you can forgive my off topic post. I cross posted this on the Homesteading questions board and Wind in her hair suggested I cross post it here.

On Jan 20th, our 17yo daughter, Shelly, will be going in for brain surgery (2 separate surgeries). Please pray God's hand in all that happens. I will update our blog from the hospital as I can. You can find it at http://shekinah-farm.com/wordpress/.

Thank you,
Christie Berry

I will be praying for your daughter and your family. I cannot imagine how frightening this is for you. May God give you peace and may His will be done.

I will be lifting your daughter and family up in prayer. My DH had brain surgery twice in 4 days in January of 89. He had a brain abcess and had to have a frontal lobotomy. He was not supposed to live according to his doctors but today he is alive and well. Prayer works.

That is what she is having.. how did it affect him? There is not a lot of info on frontals. Lots on temporals, but can't find much on frontals... Yes, I know prayer works! Thanks!

Shelly's brain surgery: We are home!

What an awesome G-d we serve! We got home last night and she is doing very well for just having come through 2 major brain surgeries and a static seizure that lasted over an hour! They expected things to take a couple weeks, and we were there less than a week! Check out our whole story at www.shekinah-farm.com

Thank you for your prayers!
Blessings,
Yiska
