My day SUCKED (warning:pity party alert)

The day started last night when I found out I was out of bunny food, AND hay was down to nothin'. Whole wheat Bread and romaine from the fridge for bunny breakfast!

While I was feeding the critters, I counted baby bunnies. Only 8. Uh oh....yup. Found 1 dead. They're 2 weeks old now, and I've no clue why it died

I'm 10lbs more than I thought I was.

so...Next, I'm sitting at the computer, feeling fat, drinking tea and sipping broth because I can't really be that heavy, but I am, and I don't deserve anything to eat....and I check in on the EBAY item I sold last week. The man paid for it after 5 days of me waiting for ANYTHING from him....(he paid on Saturday after a couple of nudges)...and Paypal held the payment (I haven't sold anything on Ebay for almost a year, and they're doing the "protect the buyer" thing) until either they confirm it was delivered, or the guy leaves positive feedback. .... tic...tock....tic.....tock....well, even after I sent another email asking if the thing had arrived, saying that I'd had confirmation from teh USPS of arrival, STILL nothing from him and STILL I haven't been paid for the item. so...I'm out a bunch of money. I spent over an hour trying to find someone to tell I had the confirmation of delivery number, but no luck

Since I'm at the computer and ticked off, I'll call Artificer to see if he has any insight. His insight : "yah, I knew it would take at least 3 weeks becaus of the hold policy" ARRRGHGHGGHH. While we're talking, I spilt my tea on the keyboard after burning my finger on the cup warmer....which shouldn't be that hot, so I know that it's broken now.

I wipe up the mess, hang up the phone, shake the keyboard to get tea out of the keys....and I hear a bunch of bing bong bing bong thingies. Like when a USB object it connected and disconnected. Uh oh. 5 minutes later I have a completely dead keyboard.

After another 50 minutes of frustration trying to fix it, I threw it at the wall...which of course left a nasty smear and dent on the plastered wall. <sigh> (doesn't matter a WHOLE lot since the wall is going to be torn out, but still....) So I snuck upstairs and stole Artificer's keyboard. shhhhhh......

And now...I just discovered that I'm out of my Irish Breakfast tea!

oh me...poor me....life sucks and then you die....wwwwaaaaaahhhhh.

I'm taking Rose's wine and going over to the couch to watch my favorite movie (The Mummy) and then I'm going to bed. so there!

So sorry you had a bad day! {{{{hugs}}}} If it makes you feel any better, I've got a serious sore throat, the furnace doesn't start up all the time so that I have to go into the basement with the snake to reset it, and I found that I have a leak from a drain pipe that is spewing water in the basement. The house is a mess and there's no money for a plumber so I'll have to see if I can fix it. Not happy to have to be down in the basement that long with the big black snake. Oh, and one of the goats is limping. See? Feel better??

Oh Pinemead I'm sooooo sorry.... Here. have a drink!

I hate going into the basement. cold damp dark place (rather like my mind some days) We had a problem couple years ago with the furnace. It would turn on just FINE when Artificer was home. When he was at work...NO WAY! Stupid thing just stayed off until he came home and went down to open it up to see what was wrong. He'd open it up, and the thing would light and start up just fine.

If it helps....my house is ALWAYS a mess! and there's never any money here, either...hmm...wanna come over for a night of movies and wine?

Maggie, Tomorrow will either be better, or it will get canceled! so there!

I woke up this morning with a terrible sore throat, when I fed the chickens there was a dead 10 wk old roo (no known cause of death), got laundry hung out now they say it may rain (dryer not hooked up 'cause I prefer to hang out), then when dh left to run to town I was out gathering eggs and suddenly my lower back started hurting really BAD. Never had pain that bad before except 35 yrs ago when they diagnosed my spina bifida occulta. Made it into the house, Called dh and told him to hurry home because once I lie down I may not be able to get back up by myself. Soon I'll need to pee and he's not home yet.

Here's something to think about, it's an old Irish saying,

Either you're sick or you're healthy. If you're healthy, you have nothing to worry about, if you're sick, you only have 2 things to worry about. Either you're gonna get better, than you have nothing to worry about, or you're gonna die, then you only have 2 things to worry about.
Either you're gonna go to heaven , then you have nothing to worry about or you're gonna go to hell, in which case you'll be so busy shaking the hands of all of your friends, that you'll have nothing to worry about.

If you were closer, I would at least lend you some Irish tea, so you can have a good cuppa
