We used Six Sigma at the healthcare provider I retired from. While I've spent countless hours in training, I'm not a black belt. Our BB's (5 of them) were full time positions.

No I am not, like you I have a lot of training at it.

I had to laugh when I read my title and noticed I had a bit of dyslexia... lol.

I think it's useful (Lean production and Cpk's) but I have doubts about it's profitability past a certain point. I think, like most everything, it's really good in moderation.

I was hoping someone with a black belt could tell us a bit about their experience.

I have a brown belt. Leather one at that. I use it to keep my pants from falling off of me. I really need a new one as I have been wearing this one for close to 17 years.
