Y2K all over again! T1C hits Seattle!

T1C = temperature 100 degrees (F)

Seattle doesn't have 3 digit displays for its public thermometers (bank etc.) and may run into trouble with all this heat!

Trish, where abouts are you in WA? I'm sitting at 104.8 so far and still going up (foothills of Cascades near Mt St Helens).

Oh cry me a river, build a bridge and get over it - I live in Ga. land of heat and humidity and one year we had ten days of 105 degrees here plus 70-85% humidity. I have no a/c..I stayed in the horse tank as much as possible that summer, thought I had died and gone to hell. Maybe that is when I thought about church alot and began going regularly..lol..not really, a certain forum member (now deceased but a preacher nonetheless) started me back to church, y'all might know him as Old Hoot.

but I do feel for y'all since I was in Seattle in May and was LOVING it, Gosh I LOVE that place - it was so nice to have to wear a light jacket at 11:00 in the morning..

but hope your heat spell goes away soon, I know y'all aren't hardened to heat, just like I am not hardened to the cold!

Heat aside, their thermometers at the bank might bust and go on the fritz forever. No CF, my mom lives there and told me of this new tech problem.
