Thumbs up My Wife Made A Good Haul

I went fishing came home my wife was making Salsa.She went shopping got 2 Ten gallon Buckets of Tomatoes,Big Box of Onions and a Big Box Bell Peppers.Drum Roll! For the price of $12.Said they had plenty more if she wanted them.

Maybe if you are good she will make you some spaghetti sauce??

Yea I know but we use Salsa for just about everything lotsw of Flavor.

I ground up some Deer meat so we're having Chilli for Supper.

4 Cups peeled,cored,chopped Tomatoes.
2 Cups seeded chopped Long Green Peppers
1 Cup seeded,chopped Hot Peppers
3/4 Chopped Onions
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 Cloves Garlic minced
1 1/2 Cups Cider Vinegar
Combine everything in a Large Pan bring to a boil,reduce heat and let simmer 20 minutes.Pour into hot Jars,leaving 1/4 Head space.Adjust caps.Process 30 minutes in boiling water bath.
