Garden Women doll type thing....
There is a post down in Crafting that probably needs exposure to more folks to find an answer, so I thought I'd ask ya'll about it.
If you know what these are, or have an answer, would you be so kind as to post it in the following thread, since that's where the OP will likely be looking? I've simply NO CLUE and suspect this may be a regional item?

Hi not sure what you call these but you set them in your garden they are women that are stuffed with fake hair and all dolled up.. Does anyone know where I can find a link to make one? and what are they called?
