In November of last year I ordered 5 coats for my rat terriers. 2 of them came and the packing slip said the other 3 were backordered. Thats not a problem, I can wait. Then I forgot about it.

Wednesday I received a new Jeffers Pet catalog and suddenly remembered the coats that were backordered, they had never come! So I sent them an e-mail explaining that I had ordered the coats, they were backordered, I forgot, Its been a LOOONG time, is there any thing that could be done about my order?
They e-mailed me back the next morning (yesterday) and said "it appears that do to a glitch in the system the backorder was released but did not ship."
Happy Day!!! They shipped them out yesterday!

for sending my dog coats, even after 5 1/2 months. I understand glitches happen, and I should have contacted them earlier.
