Wow, I'm sleepy this morning!

I'm sitting here, with my coffee, trying to get the cobwebs out of my head. For some reason, I couldn't sleep last night. I wasn't sick, in pain, or even worried about anything, just couldn't get back to sleep after about 2 am.

Maybe it's the weather, cloudy and rainy off and on since Tuesday. I'm thankful for the rain, though, after the dry summers lately.

Is it just me?

That happens to me once in a while.

Then I'm dragging all day.

Get up and watch TV, That puts me to sleep quicker than anything. Whenever a show comes on I'm interested in, I go to sleep right away. There aren't to many shows like that however. UNK

I was having trouble getting to sleep last night also. So I decided to watch some TV. I found a show I like and I hadn't seen this eipsode before. I fell asleep before the end of the show so now I don't know how it ended.

I hate when that happens, I've seen so many shows and movies that I don't know what happened at the end for falling asleep...one of life's little aggravations I suppose

I'm old and it's common for me to get up during the night many times. Bathroom calls, can't sleep, foot and leg cramps, etc. I usually get online here at HT and read until I get sleepy. That way, I don't disturb DH who always sleeps through the night.

Yay! Slept much better last night and the sun is shining this morning. I may not need that second cup of coffee today (yeah, right).

Mornin' all.

Good Morning! Glad you slept better! I'm doing my usual computer "good morning" to all my family.
