Put an Offer in

Well we put an offer on a victorian house in Savannah GA!!! I am so excited.

Now we need "Accept the offer" vibes, and most important, we need SELL THIS HOUSE vibes!! LOL We lowered the price of our house so we can only hope.

We have a 90 contingency on the new house so hopefully something will happen.

It is wierd, the house we are putting the offer in was one of the first houses we looked at, but at the time even though it was a nice house it was out of our price range. They have lower it almost 100K.

Alice in Virginia but not for long!!!!
