With MO taxes - how many years does it go before they place the said property into a sale by the county? Looking into some stuff and was needing answers for my folks.

1 year on first and second offerings and 90 days on third offerings.

They're doing tax sales in the next town over where we just moved.

When you buy a place for back-taxes, you have to wait one year from the time you buy for the owner to come forward.
