Old Mill of Guilford NC

My Mom and I stopped at another old grist mill Thursday afternoon. This one is the Old Mill of Guilford in Oak Ridge North Carolina. It's a beautiful old mill. They have a great selection of flours, meals, grits, mixes and jams/preserves. It is a very nice place to visit. It's only a few miles west of Greensboro, NC.

That's about 30 miles West of where I was born and raised. There are a lot of old mills scattered around the area. It was first settled by Quakers and Moravians
