Writing project, would love your input

I have been toying with an idea of a collection of short stories. These stories would be based on real people who are living or deceased. It’s meant to be an allegory of the human condition, struggles, joys, failures and triumphs. My ultimate hope is to transcend culture, race, creed etc. and to show the similarities of mankind rather than differences. Basically I want to express a persons experience in a way that translates over social barriers. For example: explaining the perspective of an inner city gangster in a way that a society madam could FEEL.

I am just an aspiring writer and this is something I have felt compelled to do, my calling so to speak. IF and I do mean IF I ever get somewhere with this (which is much too lofty a dream for me to grasp) I would like to donate 100% of profit to charity and have it authored by Anonymous. I feel this project goes beyond myself and I am merely a vessel to convey it.

I have many stories organized, generally a page or two in length so the reader may digest them and meditate on them at will. I do feel as if there are people here who may have more to add, as if I am missing something. More of that nagging “voice”........... is there someone who you have known who has had a life event that deserves to be immortalized in some way? Have you met someone whose actions struck you in a profound and lasting way? I would appreciate you and honor them if you would share. I love descriptions of appearance, personality quirks etc. I dive deeply into my “characters” but never use real names.

You can reach me via email, should be a link in my profile. You may post here or PM until it gets clogged up. Depending on how I “feel” the person I may be able to compose quickly or I will be lead to think about them more deeply. If it is something I can use I will be glad to send you a copy of your persons story but also of the finished work. (entire work will be a long term deal)

Just for an example I have a couple stories as an example so you get an idea of what I am looking for:

A young boy who is doing poorly in school because his parents cannot afford to get his hearing aides fixed. (this one does not have a sunny ending, sorry)

A disabled man who is large built and cannot leave his home for lack of money for a plus sized wheel chair.

A young man who survives an alcoholic father, abuse, poverty and manages to go to college and is now at the forefront of his field. (happy ending)

I also have the story of an abused and abandoned pet that is ugly as sin but manages to find a forever family.

An immigrant family (legal) who manage to escape their homeland and realize the American dream.

A successful business person who is lonely at the top in spite of many advantages.

Plus plenty more.

Thank you

How about a story such as an older woman finding a kitten that looks as though it's about to starve to death. She takes it in and nurses it back to health. It grows stronger and stronger until, one day while the old lady is sleeping, it sucks the soul right out of her body and she ends up wandering the aisles of grocery stores with a blank look on her face, smelling faintly of spoiled milk.

Oh Oggie, I really like that one. Do you suppose the reason I wake up breathless has anything to do with the five cats that share my bed?...I have been a little spacey lately, but I just thought it was a backlash from the political turmoil...

I knew a family that moved from Kosovo to a small town in Wisconsin. No happy ever after. He lost his job, she was too traumatized to work, daughter left home after high school, son killed in car accident about six months ago. No happy ending.
