Flies!!!!

Is anyone being driven crazy by flies??? I have NEVER ever seen so many nasty flies. They are driving the dogs into tunnels, they dig to escape into. There is no peace at sitting outside. I killed at least 50 IN the house this morning--thanks to the grands running in and out this weekend.. We do not have cattle, horses or goats, near by... I am using 6 fly traps at about 20-30ft. from the house (trying to draw them away) and the traps filled up in three days, with the nastiest mass of gross swarm you can imagine. . I have a neice who has horses and they seem to be even worse around her place--eating the horses ears and noses. She has resorted to poisons. Another neighbor has purchased fly predators 4times and they are just as bad around her place!

So is it just our area or is everyone having the nasty swarms?

I have heard and seen this in action, and it is cheap!!!


Take a ziplock bag,fill 3/4 way with water.... put a small hole in the top ( where the two layers came together at top) and use fishing line... make a " HANGER" for the bag..... Put it near EVERY SINGLE DOOR in your home ( that flies enter thru) and if need be in your " barn " doors.

For some reason it keeps em away... a NEW neighbor told us this a few weeks ago and were were like YEAH RIGHT.. but IT WORKS!!

We're being mobbed by them this year, too! They are absolutely horrible, I've never seen them this bad!
