Anyone one with experience on the Worx GT weedeater?

Happened to catch an "informercial" on tv this morning on the Worx GT weedeater / edger.

For those who don't know, this is a weedeater / edger that according to the commercial is just great. It's not gas powered (no messing with gasoline or trying to get a motor started), it's not electric powered (no electric cord to get in the way, or untangle, or run out of cord before you reach the end of your destination).

It's a rechargeable, battery operated weedeater / edger that is to be adjustable and has cutting line that automatically feeds to the correct length (no "bumping" the ground to get "line" to come out). Only weighs 7 pounds, the battery recharges in less than an hour, you get "free" lifetime supply of cutting line (just pay the shipping charges) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Currently we don't have a weedeater. I've never had any luck with the gasoline powered ones (I am NO mechanic or handy man!) and have never dealt with the electric powered. We currently use a small push mower for trimming which doesn't always work so well trying to cut around obstacles or over uneven / stoney ground. And with our son getting older (he is now 10) we figure he might be able to handle this 7 pound weedeater (wearing proper clothing and getting a lesson on running it).

But I've never heard of this thing either. It's not supposed to be sold in stores - only available with the toll free number. I haven't checked out their website yet - www.worxgt.com - yet either.

Has anyone ever used any of these, or is this one of those "too good to be true" things?

The price doesn't seem too bad - 3 payments of $33.33 + $26.12 in shipping. (Well okay, the shipping charge seems outrageous - over $26.00 for a 7 pound weedeater?!?)
