I May Never Roast Another Turkey

Bubba Can Dance cooked our turkey and ham on the smoker with charcoil and mesquite chips. He basted the turkey with 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. white cooking wine, 1/3 c. lemon juice, 1 T. Worchestershire Sauce, and stuffed Tom with onions, celery, and butter and smoked him 8 hours. He marinated the ham overnight in 1 c. reg vinegar wine, 1/2 t. cinnamon, 1-12 oz. can apricot nectar. He poured all the leftover basting and marinade in the juice pan. Indescribable! I think the turkey will be his job from now on.

I am as full as I have ever been right now, and that STILL sounds really good!

I agree...that's sounds delicious. I'm still stuffed from yesterday's feast, but I'm thinking this recipe may be something to do for next week (have to try it out before Christmas, you know )

We tried roasting our turkey, but it didn't get any of our jokes and finally got a little bit angry and left.
