I found an interesting blog

Someone has probably mentioned this blog before, but I just found out about it: http://thepioneerwoman.com

Here's a snippet from her "about me section:

Quote:
I’m Ree, a.k.a. Pioneer Woman. Welcome to my frontier!

I’m a thirty-something ranch wife, mother of four, and moderately-agoraphobic middle child who grew up on a golf course in the city. I attended college in Los Angeles and wore black pumps to work every day. I ate sushi and treated myself to pedicures on a semi-regular basis. I even kissed James Garner in an elevator once. Now I live in the middle of nowhere on a working cattle ranch. My days are spent changing diapers, chipping dried manure from boots, washing jeans, and frying calf nuts. I have no idea how I got here, but you know what? I love it. Don’t tell anyone.
The site has a lot of photos, stories, etc.

Pioneer Woman is the first thing I read after I turn on the computer in the morning. She's a hoot! :baby04:

URGH! I had never seen this site and wish that I didn't look at it! It is addictive! Like I needed something else to consume my time during the day! I am hooked on her story of meeting Marlboro Man BUT I hate the suspense!

Ree's awesome. I'm sitting on pins and needles waiting for the rest of her story.

OH I found it last week too! I was "hooked" for a couple of hours reading the daily serial of how she met "Marlboro Man".

Now I've forgotten to get back there.

The girl is an awesome writer! I'm sure this will turn into a book someday.
