Bragging Crow is a Black intrusive Native American

He most often lands in the pecan tree most near this residence. His caw, caw, caws, are not of my understanding. His approach usually coincides with my exit of REM, (Rapid Eye Movement, a massively documented area of deep sleep).

His purpose is unclear, other than to disturb me. I could do the .410 thing but I am not his creator therefore not his demise issuer. Anyone that takes repercussions on natures beings had better be ready to explain why whenever asked. Hint, you won't be asked here.

He triggers the PTSD alert; sound, motion, presence; it all adds up to 1/10 second of full alertness, sighting, categorizing, filing, placement in importance - this has been a 40 year endeavor so far.

The is no relaxation to brain patterns burn out synaptic pathways via adrenaline.

Try throwing a shoe at him! Crows are smart, if you can thwart him for a few days in a row maybe he'll go caw at someone else!

I too have my caws while sleeping. I strive to forget, but alas If everyone forgets what has the world learned.

.
Have you ever noticed that when you see a crow eating on a dead animal on a country road he flies away just before he gets hit.

It's because his other crow friend is up in a tree as look out.

Then he hollers ... caw, caw, car, car, car and the crow flies away.

They also take turns.

If the crow is laying there dead then he was eating alone.
